Eating Less Together.

love and support will get you on the road to being healthy together. 
We are creatures of habit and when one of us eats the other one usually does to.  This is especially true when snacking.  How many times has your partner asked you if you want some as they are enjoying a snack?  This leads to the extra weight we all seem to pack on.  I am challenging you all to eat less by helping each other in this cause.  Instead of snacking together try doing something healthy together like yoga, taking walks, or even dancing.  Try it next time you feel like snacking, instead of reaching for the bag of chips ask your partner to go on a walk.  Now you are burning calories instead of consuming them and you are getting some wonderful time with your partner.  Be each others support and you can't go wrong.
