One music that I think is full of love and seldom used in a romantic situation is reggae music. Bob Marley is probably the most notable producer of this love filled music. Plus you get the feeling of being in a warm tropical place with a laid back attitude that can only help get the passion flowing in your current location. Personally, I feel like this music is great for making love and the words are usually easy to sing to your partner.
