Travel is a great way to spend time together.

Escape for your relationship from time to time.
We all would love to spend more time together. However our work schedules, chores, children and the list goes on and of these items that demand our time.  This is why you should plan a trip for just the two of you at least once a year.  Where you two can focus on just each other and spend nights watching the sunset without having to worry about what they next day holds. The travel is nice but being able to be totally present with your partner is more valuable than you think.  It is a recharge for your relationship and believe me it is really a great way to reconnect.

Tandem bikes are like life you have to work together.

Tandem bikes are a great way for couples to exercise together.
Many couples don't exercise together because one partner is much more fit than the other. Riding a tandem bicycle is a great equalizer. The amount of work you do on a bicycle depends on how hard you push on the pedals. Pushing twice a hard on the pedals takes twice the work, so a world-class bicycle racer can ride with a novice and still get a good workout. Even a beginner will be able to keep up with the spinning pedals, no matter how fast they go. The less-fit partner just applies little or no pressure so he or she will not get tired. No matter how hard one partner tries to leave the other, you will always be together.
You can go faster together than the faster person can go alone. The more experienced rider sits in the front seat. If both are equally good riders, the taller one usually sits in front. The person who sits in the back copies the motions of the person in the front. At first it may seem strange not to have any control over steering, shifting or braking, but the you have the big advantage of being able to exercise only as hard as you like while enjoying the scenery.
Many cities have tandem bicycle clubs that organize rides and social events. They welcome newcomers and will give you lots of help when you're getting started.

Love is like water.

Photo from Creative Commons.
Love is an amazing feeling in our lives.  However it is more then a feeling it is energy and is constantly flowing or wanting to flow much like water.  You can damn it up however it is constantly trying to find a crack or a way around the damn.  My suggestion is to let it flow like the might rivers.  Let your love find it's twists and turns and touch as many as it possibly can.  If you study chakras you understand that water is the sign of the second or sacral chakra and the reason is because of it's flow.  If you have blockage here you need to connect to that chakra and start to loosen that blockage to get your flow going again.  Other things might come up to block your flow but just like the power of water your love will always find a way around or through it!  Keep loving and keep living.

Massage Tips

Massage tips to help your relax.
Getting a massage allows us to relax our bodies. But, more than relaxation of the body, it can also bring about repose of the mind. It can serve as a way to rejuvenate ourselves after a long, tiring day or week.
So, if you are looking for a massage that caters more to the mind than it does to your body, here are tips that you can look for when choosing a massage style which can offer the best possible internal relaxation.
Whether you are the one giving the massage or the one receiving it, you need to be particular about several things before you can be sure that optimal effects are attained.
Choose the surface. There can be different preferences when it comes to the surface of the massage table. However, most would definitely prefer to have one that offers the best possible comfort. A sturdy table is important. But, you should make sure that it is not too hard to lie down on.
Also, a wide table may be a little difficult for the one giving the massage. So, one that is narrow but have the right space to accommodate you would be enough.
Add comfort. Although the surface can provide comfort, it does not end there. You also have to make sure that there are pillows and cushions for the bony prominences of the body. And of course, the head part should be well protected.
Warmth can be another factor that can ensure comfort. You can use towels or thick blankets for this purpose. When doing the massage, remember only to expose an area one at a time.
Vital areas. For a massage to be surely relaxing, the body parts that have the most tension should also be given importance. Most of the time, these are the necks and the shoulders, or the whole of the back. Maybe, you can ask the person who is receiving the massage where the areas you should massage.
Massage styles. Although a deep massage can be very effective in relieving tension from different body areas, the most relaxing styles are those that do not involve the deep muscles and tissues of the body. You can make use of slow and gentle manipulations.
You don't really need to study these different styles. As long as you can use gentle strokes with relaxing motions, you can be sure that your massage is as relaxing as it could be.
You can do a circular motion at certain areas. The back can benefit greatly from gentle kneading.
Use Scent. Since our goal is to offer a relaxing massage that is focused on relaxation of the mind, the use of scents will bring us closer to the achievement of this goal.
Choose scents that are most commonly used if you are not sure of a person's preferences. There are a lot of aroma therapy scent but the most common are the scents of lavender, which is said to be the most relaxing scent, jasmine, rose, citrus scent, and a lot more. You can have these scent sprayed, in the body oils you will use, or you can make use of scented candles.

The Feeling of Love.

The sun is powerful but small in comparison to love.
Have you ever noticed how when you really feel loved that your life seems to be better?  Honestly when you feel that sense of compassion and care from another person it is like a vitamin for your soul.   It is uplifting and yet it seems to work more in a spiritual way.  Think about how many wonderful things happen when you feel the love.  It isn't a wonder that people with a lot of love in their life live longer than others.  Sharing your love energy is a great way to improve your partners life.  Make sure to let them know how much you love them.  The sun is a great force in our universe but love is many times brighter and nurturing in our life.  Spread some love today and brighten the universe.
