You are never too old to make changes. Sometimes after so many years of stress and strain, years of ignoring or forgetting our true selves, so many years of shutting off the voice inside one can come to believe that it is too late to reconnect and make a difference. That is just not true. The sooner you are open to recovering your true self the better. Too many people do not find their true selves again until they are weak and feeble with age. If you are already there, so be it – it is still important to reach into your soul. Yet, if you have the opportunity to make these connections before you grow old (and I mean really old - not just older), then take that opportunity and run with it (or sit quietly and cradle it to your chest). I only ask that you do not turn your back on the opportunities to grow and expand spiritually and to find your true self – not just for you, but for those around you and for the World at large.

Here is a little trick to get your partner in the mood while doing laundry.
Next time your partner is doing laundry, use this little trick to suggest a little fun after the laundry is done. Go to your lovers intimate draw or yours if you lover doesn't have any sexy sleepwear. Pick out something that really turns them or you on. While your partner is not looking throw this item in the dryer with a finished load. Image what will be running through your partners mind as they pull out this sexy little piece of clothing from the normal everyday items. For added effect you might put a note at the bottom of the dryer saying "Did you find my sexy outfit? I would love to wear it for you" or "That sexy little number you found, I would love for you to wear that for me tonight!" You might just find your partner doing the laundry a little more often this way.

A Different Perspective
Sometimes we think we know it all. Other times we think we don’t know anything. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could find the balance and just hang out there in the middle somewhere? Even once we learn to stay in the middle more often we still lean one way or the other at times. Our ego just jumps into action and without thinking or feeling starts running headlong in that one direction. When we know it all, we become arrogant and have less compassion and/or patience for others. When we feel completely unsure, we may suffer from self-doubt, low self-esteem, and even for some--self-loathing.
When our ego tips the scale and we realize it, we just need to take a deep breath, quiet the mind, and consciously request the tension to leave our bodies. We want to open to possibilities and be open to other’s perspectives. We will, hopefully, learn a great deal from looking at things from a different perspective.

What is a lover
"A lover is a friend you can be naked with and either make love or have a great conversation... Or both"

Laugh & Lose Weight??
No matter whether you laugh your way to weight loss or not it is proven that laughter is wonderful in so many ways. It relieves stress, helps patients heal faster, and it brings partners closer together.
This video clip will probably make you laugh whether you are "serious" and try it or whether you just sit and watch it.
