Love Each Other...Love Nature

Notice the man in the background too! He is hugging the tree.

Have you ever hugged someone? Most likely everyone has. Have you ever hugged a tree? Seriously! If you have not, keep your eyes open for a tree that calls to you. If you really open yourself and pay attention, you will feel it and you won’t think I am crazy asking you to hug a tree. When you open your heart and your soul to nature and Earth’s energy, you very well may be utterly surprised at the feelings you will encounter.

If everyone would give more love all around, the world would experience beautiful spiritual growth.

Huna it's good for life and relationships

Huna is about empowerment, about increasing your spirituality, energy, and metaphysical healing powers. What if you could experience and connect physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually with a Higher Power that can empower you to bring into your life whatever you desire.

This above statement is from Huna.com.  I learned about Huna while doing some studying for a trip to Hawaii.  I came across the word Huna as I did the research for our trip.  However, it took me several more years to look into it deeper.  When I did I found that it was based on love and trusting your gut feelings.  Much of what we use in our relationship.  Learn more about Huna at Huna.com or by picking up a book from Serge Kahili King.  You will be so glad you did.

Introduce Your Love to Others

My husband sent this to me in an email the other day and it really resonated with me; therefore I am sharing it with all of you.

Welcome to my love

You might think to welcome you is a little silly, but is it?

If my love renews for you each and every day,

Shouldn't I introduce you to it each and every day?

Want more time? Get up earlier

We all have things we want to get done be it exercise, hobbies or just time to ourselves.  The easiest way to get this time is to get up early.  This way you don't disrupt time from your relationship or your family.  Sure it takes some getting use to but once you do you have that time you need.  I personally use it to exercise.  It allows me to get my workout in, without taking time away from the people I love.   You could also do this by staying up later and I did that for a while.  However, If you want to do this I would suggest taking the time to lay with your partner for a while before getting up.  I personally think that time before falling asleep is important for a relationship.  If you are the night bird then just spend some time snuggling with your partner as they drift off to sleep, then get up and get your time.

Feeling Sleepy?

It is important to listen to your body, but are you interpreting the messages correctly? This is a very deep subject, but for today I am just going to focus on feeling sleepy.

You may be sitting at your desk working away. You may be in a meeting. You may even be driving. Suddenly, you feel your eyelids drooping and you just want to doze off. It is quite possible that you truly need more sleep, but it may also be possible that your body is saying, “Hey! I need some activity please.” There are a few things to try other than giving in to sleep without really listening to see if your body is asking for something else.

Try some of these ideas:

1. Take a brisk 5-10 minute walk.

2. Stand up, stretch, and take at least 5 deep breaths. Take your time inhaling and exhaling.

3. Eat a small snack filled with protein – a handful of almonds or walnuts or a cup of yogurt.

4. Avoid the candy bars and sodas.

5. Drink water – even slight dehydration can make you feel tired.

6. Meditate – even if it is for only five minutes it can revitalize you.

7. Take a 10-15 minutes power nap.

8. Sit up straight – no slouching.

9. Play some upbeat music.

10. Light a citrus or peppermint candle or put on peppermint lotion.

Who Are You?

AAAA! Uh oh, someone somewhere just looked in the mirror and wondered who in the hell he/she is! Have you ever done that? Honestly, even the best of us will most likely go through that at least once in this life. Well, let me ask you a few quick questions.

· As a child or youth, did you have a dream?

· What did you play with or do most often as a child?

· Did you abandon that dream?

· Have you stopped doing something you loved?

· Are you happy? NO! I mean really are you happy? At work? At home? In your relationship? With your health?

Reconnecting with your true self, your spirituality and the Divine energy can change your life. Are you ready?

Power Within You

A dark cloud rolls across the sky. Fat rain drops begin to fall. You feel the subtle rumbles. Suddenly there is a flash of light and a crash of thunder. The power pouring forth from the earth and sky is beyond what you can comprehend.

Dark clouds often blow through your life. If you turn and run away to hide, you will miss the power that can be found inside of you.
Remember that even the darkest parts of you have brilliant and powerful light within. You can’t have one without the other. Accept your dark shadows and be open to the power of your inner light.
