Beauty of the Relationship.

Check out Cupid Blogger.
If we lived within a perfect society, many people would enjoy all the wonderful benefits of being in a healthy relationship with minimal to no problems at all. But because we don't live within a perfect society, it's not only an extremely rare but very difficult thing to find steady, and healthy relationship, now of days!
A healthy relationship can create one of the most beautiful and peaceful companionship that anyone searching for true love could ever find in this world. This warm and loving atmosphere is ideal not only for a family setting, but it also brings about good character and strength between couples.
But instead, what we find is that too many relationships turn out to be destructive and to unloving, as many people have witnessed families being torn apart, couples constantly arguing and fighting, and relationships built upon lust instead of good core values.
The beauty and essence of a healthy relationship is absolutely dependent on the comfort and support between couples. You'll need to be able to create a warm and loving atmosphere with your partner to ensure that you both will enjoy each others company.
Remember that a beautiful and healthy relationship is one in which there is a special connection between partners, and that they're both able to trust each other completely.
Relationships are a learning process which helps you identify and explore not only your inner self, but also that of your partner whom you care for. To really know your partner is to understand their emotional needs, wants and expectations from your relationship.
If you can laugh together, console each other when things aren't going right, and provide support so that it becomes easy to achieve your goals, then you're in a relationship that makes you feel connected and is truly beautiful.

Kiss a little longer.

Make a kiss more than a goodbye make it a yearning for your return.
Here is a simple quick to the point way to improve your everyday life together.  Instead of the normal peck goodbye as you leave for work.  Take the time to kiss passionately for thirty seconds to a minute.  Get your juices flowing and some anticipation rising in getting home to get another passionate kiss.  I have never understood why couples stop kissing with passion as they get deeper into their relationship.  It should be the other way around.

Enjoy some Whine.

Click here to go to def-i-ni-tions shirt shop.
No I didn't misspell the word whine.  I think an important part of being in a relationship is being able to vent to your partner.  You both need to set aside time to air out the things that are bothering you in life.  Be it work, family, or anything else that can and will pop up to annoy you.  You might even make it a fun time for the two of you.  Get a bottle of wine and then whine to each other go back and forth telling each other what annoys the hell out of you in this life.  It might be having to be in rush hour traffic, or the rude check out person at the store that bugs you.  See who can find the smallest and most insignificant thing that bugs you.  You might not like the color the neighbors painted their house or the fact your uncle has a bad hair piece.  You might just find yourself laughing and having a good time looking at the things in life that annoy you.  In this practice stay away from bashing on each other focus on outside forces that annoy and share them and embrace them in this whine exercise.

Put all your energy today into your partner.

Showing your love how special they are can be a lot of fun.
How many times to you take a whole day to honor your partner.  Maybe their birthday or your anniversary for most people.  Why not take today and make it all about your partner.  Show them how much you still care and are in love with them.   It can be so easy to forget to show them how much you truly adore them.  So take today and plan out a special evening for them.  Maybe you could make their favorite meal, or take them out for dinner.   Go see that movie that they want to see, share popcorn, and hold their hand.   Then take them home and pour on the romance.  Set some mood lighting and make love to them in a manner that they will never forget.  This is a great way to keep your love life rolling.  I suggest doing this at least once a month, you can never show your partner you care enough.  This type of action is how couples stay in love.

Stop being selfish.

Let your relationship heal you!
One of the greatest thing about being in a relationship is being able to focus your love on your partner.  Being able to share with them everything.  However, sometimes we forget and become wrapped up in ourself or any troubles that we have going on.  We forget that this wonderful person we are in a relationship needs to have your attention, or is there to help us when we need them.  We keep things inside instead of expressing them to the one person that will truly listen and try to help.  Do you become absorbed into your problems, so much so that you ignore your relationship?  If so not only are you doing your partner a great injustice but you are also doing it to yourself.   Your relationship is a place for healing and comfort and it you bring outside stresses into it that effect your relationship negatively you are being selfish not only to yourself but to your partner also.  Your relationship is a safe zone keep it that way.  Express yourself and then push it aside and enjoy the love in your life.

Weekends are a great time to catch up on your intimacy.

This seems to sum up the work week.
If you work a normal Monday thru Friday schedule, that leaves you weekends to catch up on your relationship.  The week is full chaos and rushing around, which leaves your weekend to reconnect.  This is very important in your relationship, the reconnecting part that is.  You need time to focus on each other and build on your relationship.  You also need to catch up on conversations, touch, intimacy and love making.  These are all things you need to try to squeeze into your relationship and they are so wonderful.  This fact is why the weekends seem to fly by.  You are having so much fun getting back into your relationship that soon it is Monday again.  However now you can look forward to the next weekend with your love.

Dieting as a couple, IS a great idea.

Losing weight together can be fun!
Going on a diet can be difficult if you do it alone, but can be made easier by going on a diet for couples and losing weight together with your partner. Having a partner to do things with helps you stick to something and complete a task. Dieting may become something more enjoyable than just a task if you have a partner there to support you all the way. It can even be fun if you spice up your diet routine. Here are some tips that may help you get started with a diet for couples.
1. Before you begin a couples diet, talk to your partner about how to go about the diet regimen. You will have to discuss if both of you are willing partners. You will also have to discuss compromises, sacrifices, and create a plan on how to begin, follow through, and complete a diet for couples. Set goals for both of you, so you will have a basis to know if you are successful or not.
2. Plan a menu every week for the both of you. You and your partner need to make your own contributions to this so that both of you can enjoy eating your meals. One type of meal may not be as appealing for your partner. Choose the middle ground and plan dishes that both of you would enjoy eating. If you like what you eat, you will both likely enjoy the diet experience more and continue losing weight together.
3. It would be a good idea to do your grocery shopping together. Before going to the supermarket, you and your partner can make a list of food and drinks you plan to include in your diet for couples. You can explore healthier options at the supermarket and decide whether to get certain foods or drinks for your couples diet. You also prevent each other from cheating if both of you are watching what you put in the grocery cart.
4. If you enjoy eating out, try to limit your restaurant list to a few places that serve healthier food like salads, low-fat and sugar-free meals. Look for vegan delis and restaurants. Cut down your restaurant list to half by choosing only your favorite restaurants and decide to dine out less frequently. Once at the restaurant, try to order meals with smaller portions or split an order between the two of you.
5. Have some fun with a diet for couples by doing physical activities together. If you guys like playing sports like tennis or racquetball, this might be the perfect time to pick up the sport again. Playing together is a fun way to lose weight together. If you start getting bored with one sport, you can switch to another activity like jogging or biking. If you prefer to work out at a gym, sign up as a team. You can probably even get a discount by registering as a couple.
6. Try to keep in mind that you committed to lose weight together when you both decided to pursue a diet for couples, so try not to break your diet routine in front of your partner. Avoid eating food you are not supposed to eat in front of your husband or friend so he won't be tempted to also break the diet. Your obligation to each other is to provide support and encouragement, not to provide temptation to break the diet.
Losing weight together doesn't have to be an ordeal if you can spice it up by being romantic or creative. Plan a weekly romantic dinner at home. Bring out the candlesticks and wine glasses. Set the table as if you were dining at a fine dining gourmet restaurant. Have a picnic on weekends. Ask other couples who have also gone on a diet for couples for tips on how to make the diet experience more enjoyable.

Change Positions for Foreplay also!

Chairs can be sexy, too.
Everyone and their brother has an idea on how you should change positions in your love making.  Well why not change positions for foreplay?  Do you always start your foreplay in the same position?  Well think about how much different it would be if you were sitting in a chair, or standing.  These little changes could spice up your foreplay and make it more interesting for the both of you.  Maybe you could even start your foreplay in the shower.  I think this is a great idea to help spice up your love life without having to change much.  You, never know until you try so put it on your schedule and try it out next time you get a chance to make love.

Video your life together.

Photo from Creative Commons.
You know the one thing that seems to be missing from most relationship is video of the two of your together.  Usually one or the other of you is filming and the other one is in the video.  I think you should make it a point to set up the camera at least 4 or 5 times a year and film the two of you together.  You don't have to make a full length production of it just film the two of you doing something together so that you have it to look back upon and remember how much your love has grown.  Plus it is fun to see at later dates how in love we were back then because it might just start a spark today.
