Okay it might be a little corny but after watching Adam Sandler's latest movie, "That's My Boy"  We have to give a shout out to the line that was annoying but is still fun to say.  

What other classic lines do you feel should make a come back?  Spend some time talking about those famous lines from commercials or movies and see where it leads the two of you.  

Start a Change Jar!

As a couple it is hard sometimes to fit things into your budget. Especially those things that are not necessities of life. This is why you need to start a change jar. Simply find a jar that can hold lots of coins and start chucking all your loose change into the jar. Here is the important part, stay out of the jar. Don't get into it for change for the vending machine or for other little things that would deplete your new funds. This money is to be used for frivolous things. Things such as vacations, or date night for the two of you. The moment you give in and start extracting money your special times will go right out the door with it. Plus no one counts on the change that accumulates in your pockets so it seems like free and clear money. This way you won't be feeling guilty about taking that vacation or going to that fancy restaurant on only your change. Make sure you get a big enough jar to hold all the fund and set up a savings account to hold it if your jar gets to full. You have to be tough and refuse to dip into the jar but with a little self discipline you shouldn't have to much trouble and when you are on the beach somewhere you will be glad you didn't get into it.

It is funny that sometimes we feel like we always make the wrong choice.  We constantly sit around and ponder what would have been different if we made the other choice.  Now this only happens when things go wrong.  If your life seems to be taking all wrong turns then maybe you do need to go against the grain and choose a little differently.  The clip below might make you think about it.  The point of all this is step out of your comfort zone from time to time and see what happens.

Cold BBQ's

Okay I know it is starting to get a little colder out and grilling season is about over.  However I want you to start planning a little cold weather BBQ.  I want you to keep your eyes open this early part of winter for the first day it snows a good amount.  Then as a couple call or email all your friend and invite them over for a winter cook out.   I am sure you will get some odd looks and comments.  Surprise your friends by heating up the grill cooking those amazing burgers on the grill and icing down the beer and wine in the snow.  Fill out the day by playing games inside or watching your favorite team play football.  You could possibly start a winter tradition that everyone will be waiting for.
