Spur of the moment.

When is the last time you have done anything without putting lots of time into planning it. Vacations, shopping, buying groceries all require planning and lists so that we don't forget anything and make sure to cover all basics. Well I want to suggest doing something, anything on the spur of the moment. Suggest something to your partner out of the blue and then don't hesitate. Take a weekend get away on the spur of the moment. Throw some clothes in a bag and head out don't have a specific place to go just let the road lead you. Go to the movies and ask a stranger what movie they suggest and then go see that movie. Go shopping at a store that you have never been in before and purchase something. Put a little spice into your life, don't just sit around being bored get out and smell some roses. Life is only here for a short time, take advantage of it all you can.

Make up your own words to the movie.

Hello I was just cutting back some brush over there and realized it was time for the hockey tryouts, my name is Happy KILLMORE!

Want a fun little think to do together that will get you both laughing. Take a movie you are both familiar with and then turn down the sound and make up words for the people speaking in the movie. Yes, you are doing your own voice overs. Make it as silly as possible but try to keep it going as long as you can. Laughing and being silly together is a great exercise to perform to keep your relationship strong and close. Make it suggestive if you want to be a little intimate during the evening. Heck include your children for a more dramatic evening. Teaching your kids that it's okay for their parents to have fun and laugh together is a wonderful way to start them out right for when they have a relationship. What ever the genre of the movie you pick make sure to make your voiceovers as far from that genre as possible. For instance if you pick a western cowboy movie then make the voiceovers of inner city rappers, or if the movie is romantic then make it flow like the three stooges. You can only imagine the fun you can have with these. It might just become a tradition in your house.

Teasing a sport in it's own right.

As a couple you are a little more accepting of good nature teasing between the two of you. Heck others could say the same things you partner says but you might deck them. There is a level of trust that comes when you partner teases you, not like you feel when someone else teases you. You might even be able to consider it foreplay. Some couples get great joy out of teasing each other. They get a great rush out of the feeling of teasing each other. Bantering back and forth can create a sexual tension that could just erupt at any point during the evening. Use this to you advantage. Tease with the intention of getting the other person riled up. Use this as your intention of brining them up to the level they would need to be greatly aroused then see if you can coax them into an all out assault on your pleasure. A word of caution this can also back fire on you if you hit a nerve that might send your partner reeling in the other direction. So tread lightly and I hope it works out for you.

Duet!

Have the two of you ever sang together? Maybe during karaoke or at home in the shower. It is a great way to burn off some steam and get a little closer. I am not talking about a serious song that you would want to record. Unless both of you are that good then by all means, go for it. But for most of us that only sound good to ourselves it can be quite fun. Put on some songs you both know and belt out the tunes. Remember our earlier post on making a play list for driving. Get those songs out and both of you pretend you are the famous singer that made those songs popular. Pass the pretend microphone back and froth or sing at the same time. Be silly, dance, and laugh. These are not only three great things for your health, they are great for your relationship, also. Do your best Mick Jagger, strut or Tina Turner's leg kicks, you might be surprised at how good the other one is. If you not any good at least only the two of you know it.
