Never to old!

Don't make this your coffin!

I hear this a lot when couples talk about doing things. "I'm too old for that" and frankly I just don't buy it. Our bodies are made to be pushed and used and when we start deciding that we can't use them any more we become sediment. We gradually start to sink down into that chair in front of the television and soon find our self uncomfortable any time we are not there. Well my friends I am here to tell you to get your butt and your partners butt up and get out and enjoy your life. Don't get me wrong if your 80 years old I don't think that playing a game of tackle football is in your best interest. However at 80 the two of you can still get out and walk and sight see. At 80 you can still ride a bike, go fishing, or any number of activities that don't involve the television. You body will respond to the way you let it and if you want it to be worn out and broken down just let it sit around doing nothing. Have you ever had a car that hasn't been drove in a few years it doesn't run very well does it well that is same thing your body does. Grab your partner and get out and explore, play golf, ride bikes, dance, and life your life don't watch it from your chair! Motivate each other and you might just be able to get rid of the chairs all together.

Ladies until you are in a relationship you have the been forced to decide what type of woman you wanted to be. Unfortunately the male gender has such a narrow mind of classifications for you. Two categories stick out in my mind nice and slutty. There were the types of girls you took home to meet mom and they type that you went out with for only one reason. First of all let me apologies for the male gender, and next let me say that with the open sexual attitudes today this thinking is breaking down fast. Onto my point for to days post, if you are viewing my blog then you are most likely in a relationship or married. Now you can combine all these things into one to create that best relationship you ever had. You can be super sweet, the girl next door while you are out in public and then when you get home you can put on your stiletto heels and make your bedroom a play room. If you have a great partner you no longer have to worry about them telling buddies in the locker room about what the two of you are doing. This gives you the freedom to explore your sexual desires and that make your painters life even better. I don't think you will find anyone that doesn't want a little more excitement in the bedroom . Plus being able to explore your own sexuality can be a real boost for you, too. Being the object of a persons affection is a great way to build confidence and it will bring the two of you closer also.

Make time for one passionate kiss a day.

Days are busy and nights are sometimes even worse. Sometimes it feels like couples just seem to be passing like ships in the night. It's not that we don't love each other it is just that our lives are busy and there never seems to be enough time to get everything done. Well my challenge for you is to take the time for at least one passionate kiss each and everyday. I am not talking your ordinary peck that you give each other as you leave for your days work. I want you to wrap your arms around each other and let your lips explore the others lips a little bit. I don't want you to try to set the world record for longest kiss but it should last about thirty seconds or so. Hug tight with your arms as you kiss and close your eyes so you just get the feeling of the kiss. Use a little tongue and feel the passion. Pull away slowly and smile. There now that isn't so difficult is it. Once you get in a routine of doing this you will look forward to it each and everyday. I would also suggest setting up a time like before you go to sleep or when you first get home from work to perform this kiss each and everyday. Yes I said perform, I want you to make a show of this kiss make it a movie kiss. Can't you remember the first kiss the two of you shared remember how wonderful it was, you know all your kisses can feel that special again with a little effort.
