Pay attention to your dreams.

I am hear to tell you to you dreams are interesting things that can give you insight to things that might happen in your life. I am not saying that every dream is a fortune telling item that will bring your and your partner great wealth. However, there is some meaning in some of your dreams. Hopefully your relationship with your partner is your most important one so pay attention to your dreams when they involve both of you. If you dream is about something you are doing for your partner or you partner is in your dream, then you might need to put a little check into your relationship. Maybe your dream is telling you this and if not it never hurts to put a little extra into your relationship. Next time you dream is about the two of you in some manner put some thought into what it might mean you might just be surprised at how much you can learn from your dreams in a round about way.

Set up a date...In the shower.

We love being naked together and a natural place to do this is in the shower. Yet we are usually so stuck on getting ready for work or starting out day that we don't have time to enjoy a wonderful sexy shower with our partner. I suggest setting a date to take place in the shower. Take turns washing each other and just hugging as the water caresses your bodies. See how the water pools up on parts of your bodies as you hold each other. Kiss each others wet warm skin. Enjoy the solitude you as a couple have in this wonderful sensation we call a shower. Use this as foreplay for a night of great love making. You can also use it as a way of being close after love making. When ever you find time for it you will be happy you did. Go into the date shower with the mind set of getting out only when the water starts getting cold.

Naked Hugs

Naked hugs are an amazing special type of hug. Feeling the total naked body of your partner is a sensation not to be missed. There are way more times to slip these naked hugs in then you might think. Right before you jump in the shower or as you are changing your clothes at night are excellent times to coax your partner over and feel their nakedness pressed against you. Being in bed is the easiest time to slip these naked hugs in but you need to branch out and enjoy them more often. While all hugs are great, naked hugs are the only ones you can share with your lover. Enjoy the hugs and the naked body of your partner

The couple that struggles together learns to overcome obstacles.

Obstacles are part of everyday life. How we handle them shapes our personality as well as our relationship. Do you shy away from struggles with you partner or do you hold his/her hand and face them together. Some of the best love stories have been about a couple that struggles together and then together achieves their dreams. Yet we se so many couples split up with the waters get a little rough. Facing these storms at sea while holding on to each other gives your relationship strength beyond measure. Sure their are times that the two of you will think there is no way out of your problems, but that is when you have to hold each other even tighter. Financial struggles seem to be the worst for some reason for couples it makes sense to me to stand together and battle these financial woes then for one of you to turn and run. Heck their are lots of things you can do together as a couple that are free to help get through you financial struggles. Heck making love is free and a lot of fun. Walks, talks and sight seeing are tremendous activities for couples to enjoy that don't cost a thing. So when struggles hit your relationship take each others hands and hold tight. The storm will pass and it will pass faster if your bond is strong.

Push stuff you need to do alone until later.

One thing I think can benefit any relationship is taking time to be together during the evening. Don't spend your time tinkering in the garage or reading a book in the other room. Make it a point to spend good quality time together. Do your reading or tinkering after you have spent some quality time with each other. I suggest setting time right before bed for you to do your other interest of if your like me do it after my partner has gone to bed. The downfall of many relationships is when we stop enjoying being together. Growing apart while still in the same household is more common than you think. Snuggle down in a chair to watch something, play a game, get a great conversation started anything that will get you close and talking is a relationship builder. The important thing is you are spending quality time together and take the time to listen to what is going on in his/her life outside the house. You will find that he/she is still as interesting as when you were dating and you spent all your time focused on each other.

Put your feelings in a journal for each other to read.

Here is a great way to let your partner know how you are feeling. Start a feelings journal that you can keep by your bed. What is a feelings journal?, you might ask. Well it is a little book where you write anything you would like your partner to know. It can be things that bother you, or the way they make you feel great, to even things you would like to discover or try. The subject matter can range between bills to sex. The point is the journal is a way to communicate things to each other. The way it works is you both set a time for you to write your feelings in the journal. Make these different time I would suggest a time where the two of you are apart and not only do you write your feeling in your feelings journal you read what you partner has wrote. A feelings journal is a great way to express to each other feelings that you might not be comfortable with just talking during your normal conversations. Now here is the kicker you don't ever confront you partner on what they wrote! You take it in put it in your mind, you can act on it later but you, never ever read their statement and go right out to confront them about it. I think once you get in the habit of writing and reading a feelings journal you will become closer. One last word of advise this is not a bashing journal if all you are going to do is write down things that upset you then you might as well throw the journal out the window now. Sure sometimes you will want to address something negative but most of the time it should be positive and build your relationship. Try it out I am sure you will enjoy it and it only takes a couple of minutes a day. Time well spent.

Never to old!

Don't make this your coffin!

I hear this a lot when couples talk about doing things. "I'm too old for that" and frankly I just don't buy it. Our bodies are made to be pushed and used and when we start deciding that we can't use them any more we become sediment. We gradually start to sink down into that chair in front of the television and soon find our self uncomfortable any time we are not there. Well my friends I am here to tell you to get your butt and your partners butt up and get out and enjoy your life. Don't get me wrong if your 80 years old I don't think that playing a game of tackle football is in your best interest. However at 80 the two of you can still get out and walk and sight see. At 80 you can still ride a bike, go fishing, or any number of activities that don't involve the television. You body will respond to the way you let it and if you want it to be worn out and broken down just let it sit around doing nothing. Have you ever had a car that hasn't been drove in a few years it doesn't run very well does it well that is same thing your body does. Grab your partner and get out and explore, play golf, ride bikes, dance, and life your life don't watch it from your chair! Motivate each other and you might just be able to get rid of the chairs all together.

Different Bed Times.

If you are like most couples you most likely don't go to bed at the same time as your mate. One of you will retire earlier than the other, while the other sits up and completes a tasks or maybe even just watches a game. This is not as bad as it sound, it gives time for one of you to get a jump on sleeping if you need it and it gives the other person some time to themselves. Both very valid reasons for having different bedtimes. However, my take on this is that those first few minutes when you lay down together are important for your relationship. It is a time to relax and unwind with each other and reconnect. It is my opinion that even though you both might not got to sleep you should snuggle down in bed together for a few minutes each night. I would suggest 15 minutes of time together with nothing but the silence and the two of you touching. Breath in each other for these 15 minutes. I say 15 minutes because that lets the person not wanting to retire yet not get to tired just relaxing and it doesn't take much of the time away from the person wanting to enter slumber. Kiss each other lightly and say I love you as the person exits the bed. Don't be offended by them not staying in bed with you, but be thankful that they love you enough to take the time to hold you as you get ready for your slumber.

Self Help for couples.

If you like most people you have read several self help books in your life time. No matter if you wanted to increase your memory, get in better shape, or improve areas that you lack a little in. Well why not take a self help book and work on it together. What better support can you have then your partner. Walking through the ins and outs of what ever area you want to improve on together will also bring you closer together. If you want to improve your finances, you can find plenty of authors that will help the two of you. You can make action plans together and take it upon yourselves to push the other partner when they lag behind. Get in shape together, learn a new language, or improve your love life. Whatever you challenge might be go ahead and dive into it together. Learning never hurt anyone so even if the subject might not interest you as much as your partner still but the effort into making it a priority. If you would like to improve the intimacy in your relationship I would suggest picking up SEXY CHALLENGES from the authors of the couples spot to start out with.

Start your day off together at the breakfast table.

For most couples the start of the morning is hectic and a rush to get ready for work. You can break that tradition and get a more relaxed start to your day by getting up a little earlier and enjoying a small breakfast together. This will help get your relationship and day off to a much better start. It doesn't matter if you eat at home or go out the important part is you spend the time together in a relaxed state, talking and conversing with the person you love. This will help you get a much better start to the day then just jumping up and going. Sure no one wants to get up earlier but think about how it will change your day leaving for work in a relax state compared to one of disarray. The thing you have to remember is to spend the time together, not reading the paper or watching television. I want actual time spend talking or maybe just holding hands while you are eating. Take turns clearing the dishes while the other person hops in the shower or heck forget the dishes and shower together. Love and passion are one of the greatest gifts we are given so don't waste time avoiding them, dive in and get all you can.

Blog about your feelings.

Need a great way to communicate your feelings towards the other person in your relationship? Why not blog your feelings! With the ease of use of today's blogging tools such as Blogger.com you can easily put up and take down a blog for the two of you. Both of you start a diary type of blog that tells how things made you feel and topics that might need to be discused but are a little hard to get flowing from the start. Then only give your blog address to your partner and make sure they only give you theirs. Then once a day you can read each others post and see how and why your partner is feeling the way they are. Again you can use it to make suggestions to your partner or even just a fun little communication tool for the two of your to use. I would suggest deleting post after you know your partner has read them just to be on the safe side you never know when someone might just stumble upon your blog by accident. Today's relationships are different then in the past but in my opnion they have the ability to be a lot better, because of technology.

Pull together during tough times.

When things are going bad it is easy to let your relationship slip. The added tension of not being able to pay bills or other such things can be a real killer for a relationship. When couples pull together during these tough time they can form a bond like no other. It is easy to blame each other for tough times in your relationship, but instead of doing that why not work together to get though them. Many people have had the same event that you might be going through happen to them. Instead of driving the wedge between the two of you, grab each others hand and make a commitment to getting though your troubles. If money is the problem then work together to find ways to cut out items you don't need or can do without. Again by working together and relying on each other will make the outcome so much better and then you will have the satisfaction of being able to get through tough time together.

Making Relationships Strong

I know you have probably heard every trick to making your relationship strong and solid. I am here to tell you the best way is to have a great sex life together. Research shows that couples that have a great sex life have a stronger and more profound life in general together. They are generally more healthy and able to do more things together. Most of them also list their partner as their best friend. People in general who have a great sex life are more confident, and efficient.

I hear so often how people are consumed by trying to have a better sex life that other parts of their life fall apart. So if you take the sex equation out of their problem list it frees up a lot more time to concentrate on other things. Plus why would anyone want to deprive their partner from feeling great. If you care about your partner at all then you should want to enjoy sex with them. Now problems do arise and I understand that but there are many different types of sex that can be enjoyed so I don't buy that excuse list.

So if you want your relationship to hit the pinnacle you need to make your sex life a priority. Not just for one of you for both of you. This goes both ways. Try it for three to six months and see watch and see how much it improves your relationship. I am sure you will find out it has positive results. You have to make the commitment your relationship needs it.

Take a nap togehter

There is something special about falling asleep together. Next time you have nothing to do just snuggle down together. Pick a Sunday afternoon or any day you don't have an agenda and just take a nap together. There is comfort when you are in the arms of someone you love. A feeling of safety helps make this a great nap. For me one of the best parts of napping together is touching each other. Not to be out done is the great feeling you get when you wake up and see that special person that is in your life beside you.

Not a napper then let your partner take a nap while laying on you. Watch some sports or a show and just let them dream away. Let your hearts beat together for a while and enjoy the closeness. Caress their hair, rub their back, and hold them tight, because the everyday hustle and bustle of life will soon be back.

The Hook Up (We like to call it Lunch)

The work days can seem long and tiring. I suggest, if possible, that you take time out of your work day to have lunch with each other as often as possible. I understand sometimes it is just impossible as work schedules might not match up or the logistics might be to far out of the way. If that is the case make sure to find days when you or your partner are off work and plan out a lunch for the two of you. You don't have to go to an expensive restaurant. You can even through a picnic together to eat in the park, nearest to your workplace. The point is the little extra effort helps show your partner that you would love to be spending more time with them, and that you will take a little bit here and a little bit there. Always be understanding if you call your partner up to surprise them by meeting them for lunch, because they might not be able to attend lunch with you on that day. Never make your partner feel bad because they were unaware you were wanting to spend lunch together. If this happens make arrangements for dinner, when you get home. Always have a back up lunch planned. Sometimes lunches need to be cut short so don't expect your partner to be able to spend an hour at lunch at the spur of the moment. When you finally get to lunch make sure to spend the time with each other not on your cell phone or complaining about the plumber, that only leads to stress. Put your phone on silent, and talk about your interests or how their work day is going. If you find yourself wondering what to say, bring a few old photos of your past vacations and remember those days over your lunch.

I understand the purpose for lunch is to eat but it can also be an enjoyable time to spend with your significant other.
