Are you a Psychic? Sometimes your relationship will call for you to be one.

Have you ever had one of those days when you know something is not quite right with your partner. Maybe they are down in the dumps or just kinda shying away from everything. This is when you need to become a psychic. Most likely they are not going to come out and say what is bothering them, although that would make it much easier. Now is when you need to feel what they need. Do the need to be alone, do they need affection, could they use a good roll in the hay, everyone is different and in the situation might call for a different tactic. Last time they were in this state they might have wanted to be left alone, yet this time they might need a shoulder to cry on. The last thing you want to do is to ignore the situation. Acting like nothing is wrong is a sure way to say that you don't care. Even if they want to be alone the fact that you noticed they were upset is a good feeling. You will never be able to always do the right thing but you have to make the attempt. The better you know your partner the more psychic you will become and better able to call out which type of mood they are in.

Pick the right lube for you!

Relationships have their share of friction, but you don't have to have as much in your sex life. Lube is an essential part of any relationship. If you look all across the world you will see that most couples either have lube on their headboard or somewhere near their bed. Lubrication is a wonderful tool to help explore and improve your sex life. While the woman's body naturally produces lube for sex sometimes it's not enough or doesn't produce fast enough. Plus sometimes things boldly go where no natural lube is available (Sorry for the Star Trek reference). Now what type of lube is the best, well I can't help you there! In my experience I believe that it is a personal choice and what works well for someone can have the opposite effect on others. The biggest thing is to make sure the lube you are using is safe, do your research and find the lube that is best for your body, you might have to try several before you find one you like, but that might be fun in itself. Some lubes are not compatible with condoms or sex toys so to avoid ruining the moment make sure to check the packages and do your research. Friction in your relationship will happen but you at least can avoid it in the bedroom.

Making Relationships Strong

I know you have probably heard every trick to making your relationship strong and solid. I am here to tell you the best way is to have a great sex life together. Research shows that couples that have a great sex life have a stronger and more profound life in general together. They are generally more healthy and able to do more things together. Most of them also list their partner as their best friend. People in general who have a great sex life are more confident, and efficient.

I hear so often how people are consumed by trying to have a better sex life that other parts of their life fall apart. So if you take the sex equation out of their problem list it frees up a lot more time to concentrate on other things. Plus why would anyone want to deprive their partner from feeling great. If you care about your partner at all then you should want to enjoy sex with them. Now problems do arise and I understand that but there are many different types of sex that can be enjoyed so I don't buy that excuse list.

So if you want your relationship to hit the pinnacle you need to make your sex life a priority. Not just for one of you for both of you. This goes both ways. Try it for three to six months and see watch and see how much it improves your relationship. I am sure you will find out it has positive results. You have to make the commitment your relationship needs it.
