Tell me about your great and bad dates.

I am curious as to what constitutes a great date. I want to hear from our viewer about where they have went the turned out to be a great date and where did you go that turned out to be a lousy date. I understand we might get some conflicting data but for the most part I just want to know. It is so hard to pick the right place for that first date, so I would like to be able to pass along some information to those who are about to embark on their first date with someone. For me the first date should be someplace quite that you can talk. Place such as museums or the zoo that give you a chance to walk around and chit chat about the exhibits to get the conversation flowing. My opinion of the worst places to go are crowed clubs or the movies as they tend to be places that you can't converse or that you sit and watch for long periods of time. I know most of the people out there don't like to talk about oral sex or sex in general. Thank goodness that is changing, with new research and people wanting to get the most out of life. Times they are a changing and if you want to stay in front of the times you need to get on board. Today I want to talk about oral sex for women. Men if you want to treat your woman right you need to improve your oral sex technique. Okay men think about how good it feels when you orgasm, don't you want your lady to feel the same. Two decades ago it only 20% of coupes were having oral sex recent info shows that 70% of couples do now a days. That is quite an improvement and it also says if your not having oral sex you are not in the majority.

So as the great men that we are you need to get information and learn! Today is there is no shame in getting information you can do it without having any one else know with the Internet. I will even link to a site that will help you. Ladies you have to be helpful also. Communication is the key let your man know if you like what he is doing. If you feel a little uncomfortable talking about it set up a sign to show him he is doing something right or wrong. Caress his head if you are enjoying what he is doing or maybe tap his head if you don't like something. Believe me your man will be appreciative to know if he is doing right or wrong. Pleasure is the key here. You both want to have the bet time during sex and oral sex is a very positive tool. Now what are you waiting on either get busy learning or just get busy. One side note for the ladies orgasms boost the bodies levels of endorphins, which are mood enhancers, which in turn boost the number of lymphocytes that help your immune system. So having orgasms actually help your overall health.

Okay time for some intimacy improvement topics ( if you are embarrassed by sex take scroll down to the next post) I am a firm believer in education and I think many people could benefit a lot by reading books that improve you sex life. I want to focus today on oral sex. Oral sex has been around forever it just until recently became a topic you could discuss in public. Most people enjoy either giving it or receiving it, or in my case I enjoy both. Oral sex is not just something you jump into it takes practice and some trial and error to get just the right combination for a couple. This is where the education comes into play. There are several books written on oral sex techniques and I suggest picking up one. Actually I suggest picking up two one for him and one for her.
