Get the clutter out of your house and relationship.

I am sure there are not many of you out there that can honestly say that you don't have any clutter around your house. Now start thinking the same way about your relationship, do you have clutter there? I can see all your eyebrows raising as you start to ponder. Don't think to hard about it just watch your daily activities and see if there is anything you classify as clutter. For example do you have pictures of the two of you doing fun stuff together just laying around the house or in a drawer somewhere? Get them out make a scrapbook of the ones you love and get rid of the rest of the pictures. Do you have items that you picked up during your relationship that are sentimental or remind you of special times, shoved in a closet or the back of the cabinet? Take a picture of them put it in your scrap book and get rid of them. Make a collage of these pictures and hang it on your wall. Do you have sexy sleepwear that you never wear? Put it on and take a picture for you mate and then make a special box for it with items you use for sex and store them there. We hold on to things way to long that we don't use for sentimental reasons. I am sure you could get about two or three big boxes and fill them with stuff you are keeping because they hold sentiment value but haven't seen the light of day in years. Record them digitally on pictures and toss them away. This way you will probably see them more often as you flip through your scrap book.

Push each other to be healthier.

One of the greatest things you can do for you partner is to push them to be healthier. No body is with them more and sees the things that they do and eat more then you do. When you go out to eat the two of you can search the menu for healthy choices that fit your needs and desires. You are also there to push them to complete their exercise tasks. With this support form the person they love the most it is sure to be the encouragement they need to keep with this new regiment. With all that in mind, the best thing you can do is lead by example. Don't be the partner that says to not eat that piece of chocolate cake then later they find out you ate it. Be the strength in your relationship and be the rock in the healthy factor, also. Encourage them by telling them how much more sexy they look by doing the exercises and eating better. That type of encouragement will most likely get anyone off the couch and on the exercise bike. Heck make it a contest each week to see who can do the best then the winner can pick the movie you go see on date night, or the winners gets a new item of clothing. What ever the incentive, make sure that you are having fun with it and it gets your mind set on being healthier.

Tell me about your great and bad dates.

I am curious as to what constitutes a great date. I want to hear from our viewer about where they have went the turned out to be a great date and where did you go that turned out to be a lousy date. I understand we might get some conflicting data but for the most part I just want to know. It is so hard to pick the right place for that first date, so I would like to be able to pass along some information to those who are about to embark on their first date with someone. For me the first date should be someplace quite that you can talk. Place such as museums or the zoo that give you a chance to walk around and chit chat about the exhibits to get the conversation flowing. My opinion of the worst places to go are crowed clubs or the movies as they tend to be places that you can't converse or that you sit and watch for long periods of time. These are my examples but I want to hear from you so drop me a line at thecouplesspot@gmail.com . I am anxious to hear from everyone.
