Recently we wanted to get new wedding bands just to change things up. Upon looking we found many wonderful choices out there, and with great values. We found many wonderful rings that had a spiritual message to them, it almost made it hard to choose. Click on the Rings above and witness these rings that have a Celtic design to them. It was amazing when we put on our new rings and how they gave us a new found power not only in our relationship but in our spirituality also.

Text Me, Sexy! (Ways We Communicate w/Lover - 4 of 8)
Part 4 of 8
Texting – Modern technology has changed the way
we communicate with family, friends and yes, even our partners. It is important to consider whether or not we
use texting to our benefit. Texting a
loving or even sexy message during the day to our lover can be sweet and
fun. Sending a text to “freaking stop
and get milk” with no other message can seem rude and thoughtless. Unless we use all caps or exclamation points
or add words or symbols of love texting remains flat with no emotion. We also must be aware of responding to
someone else’s text while we are supposed to be focused on our partner – such
as while having dinner together.

Being His/Her Rock
Have you ever felt lost and adrift?
Ever needed someone or something to cling to to survive?
Is your lover a rock for you?
Standing there strong and secure as the waves crash down around him/her.
Remember to be grateful for him/her!
Remember to be a rock for your sweetheart, too!
We all have times when we need one another.
*The rock in this photo reminds me of the spot where Rob proposed to me 12 years ago!

Don't Judge Other's Love
Do you want other people to judge how you love your partner?
Do you want someone to verbally attack you for behaving in a way that they don't agree with?
What is truly important is respecting your lover in the way that resonates with you.
It is about honoring love and the soul, showing respect, trusting, and treating the body as a temple.
If you don't agree with how someone else loves, too bad - keep your mouth shut and focus on your own behaviors, decisions and relationships!
Throwing negativity or hatred or violence at others (verbally, emotionally or physically) is not going to benefit anyone and it will eventually come back to bite you in the ass!
Stop judging - it is not your place!

The Key to Your Heart & Soul
We can't turn back time and undo the things that we have done or that have been done to us. But, if we lock the door to our heart and to our soul and throw away the key, we can't continue growing either.
Pick up your key, insert it into the lock, turn it, and slowly and gently open the door.
Reach out your hand to the world, the future that you have yet to hold.
If need be, simply peek out the door. When you are ready take those first few steps and see just what possibilities, what opportunities are waiting for you.
Just opening the door will allow fresh air to flow into your heart and soul.
Is it frightening? To some - very much so.
Is it worth it? YES!

5 Minutes a Day to Change Your Life!
You can change your experience simply by giving yourself five minutes a day.
Sit up tall.
Close your eyes.
Place a half smile on your face (no matter how you feel).
Focus on your breathing.
Consciously relax the muscles in your face.
Relax the muscles in your neck and shoulders.
Relax your stomach.
Relax your arms and hands.
Melt into your legs.
Melt into the floor.
Take a final deep breath and release it slowly.
Slowly open your eyes and come back to yourself.
Taking care of YOU ultimately takes care of your relationship and family too!

Baby, Look Me in the Eye (Ways We Communicate w/Lover - 3 of 8)
Part 3 of 8
Eye Contact – Do you have good eye contact with
your partner? I briefly mentioned that
under body language, but it can be such a big way to communicate that I wanted
to pull it out separately too. How about
if we are at a function and we are more than ready to leave? We catch our partner’s eye and silently send
him/her the message with just our look.
Other times simply making eye contact is enough when we encounter
something hilarious, but it is an inappropriate time to laugh or we are shocked
about something, but can’t say so out loud.
This silent communication between two people is exceptionally powerful.
