We Love BOOBS. and our lady partners.

We here at the couples spot love boobs. We think they are amazing they can be fun and exciting for both partners. They can be a complete turn on but for many woman they can be a great source of stress and concern. Breast Cancer is a serious concern for any woman, it can rob them of their life. We love our partners so as the protectors we men like to be (and some women, too) make sure you suggest to your partner to get a mammogram it might not seem like a great present to get them one for your anniversary. However showing that you care about them and giving them peace of mind goes a long way. You should also encourage then to do regular self examinations in the shower. Noticing any lumps early is the best way to combat this major killer of women. Make it part of your foreplay if you like, that way you as the partner has a hand in noticing anything different, because we know how much attention you want to show your partners breasts! We joke about this but regular breast play with your lover might help detect breast cancer very early on. The women in our lives are special beyond belief so do your part to protect them from this killer. THINK PINK.

Ladies and Gentlemen Dr. Laura Berman

Not every sex educator is held in high esteem. However, for a couple I would suggest you check out Dr. Laura Berman website and books. I know what your thinking guys and that is she will side with the woman in every case. Don't be so sure, In what I have read up to this point Dr. Laura Berman is in this for the couple. She promotes sex and views it as a very important part of our relationships. She also gives some great tips on improving communication and trust. Yes she has books and her website is mostly designed for women. Let me tell you, I have found lots of usefull items in her writings. I have heard some complaints on her but for the most part everything she tries to indulge is on the up and up.

I definitely think if your relationship needs some help. Besides here you should pick up some of Dr. Berman's books, or check out her website. If you have an iPod with iTunes you can even download her show she did with Oprah. Dr. Berman gets my seal of approval and I think she is liberal enough for most straight monogamous couples. Outside of that in my opinion she could be a little more open. I have posted a link to her site in the title of this posts. So go and explore Dr. Berman's site together even if your relationship isn't in jeopardy, you can always use a refresher course.

Birth Control pills the good and the bad (Webmd explains if you click here)

Birth Control pills are wonderful for preventing pregnancy, however sometimes they can cause more problems then you might think. You and your partner need to be very careful when choosing birth control especially if you decide on pills. Once again they are very reliable but some of the hormones that they put into your system can cause some bad side effects. Headaches, pains, nausea, the list goes on and on. One thing that might effect your relationship is they can cause loss of libido in some women. Yes, you heard me correctly, the thing that is suppose to help you feel more comfortable about having sex could actually hinder it.

You and your partner need to monitor the effects after starting a birth control pill. Do they make you upset easier, how do you feel on a daily basis, and again how has her sex drive changed. The only problem is their is not a clear cut answer to any of this. Women love the pill as it gives them more control over their menstrual cycle and everyone reacts differently to different types of pills. So you have to make notes and see if their are any changes and might effect your relationship, when you notice some then you need to speak with your doctor. You might have to go through several different kinds to find one the works for you without having negative side effects.

You just have to do your research on the subject. Check out the Internet there are many documented cases for each type of pill as to the side effects the have caused some women. Look for similarities, but always consult your doctor on these matters. If birth control pills are effecting your relationship maybe you should look at condoms or other forms of birth control that are effective but don't change your body chemistry.

Gentlemen it is also your place to help out. Sometimes you partners needs your help in spotting these side effects. So this is a join effort and could even bring you closer together as a couple.

Checks and Balances on Each other.

We all understand the importance of checking for cancer of the breasts and testicles. We all need to be doing our self checks at least once a month. By doing this you can spot a change early and early detections is a must in these situations. Now if you are involved in a relationship or married your partner also has special interests in making sure neither of these dangers hurt or harm your relationship. You can leave with out a breast or a testicle, but do you want to live without your partner.

I suggest checking your partner out as well. This is for everyone if your straight, gay or bisexual. It never hurts to have someone else looking after you. Don't be afraid to let you partner check out your areas either. You can include it as foreplay if you like, but just do it. Take time to study your partners breast feeling them for lumps of things that weren't there the last time you checked. Same for the testicles, any lumps or changes in your partners shape should be address immediately. If you are both doing this once a month you are most likely to catch anything that arises soon. The quicker it is caught the better. Think about hope great you would feel knowing you might have saved the life of your partner. Now, think about how great you will feel getting more time with your partner if you find something early.

This is the classic win/win situation. Now get off your computer and start checking out some balls and breasts. I have included some information that might help you get started. If you need more information see your doctor they will have plenty of pamphlets and flyer's to help you and your partner out.
