Anal Play

Anal play is an often over looked aspect of love making. People think it will be dirty or that it is wrong. Well I am here to tell you that it can heighten you love making beyond the norm. There are an extreme amount of nerve ending around the anus thus making it a pleasure center. Several people find that anal stimulation during sex is a real turn on. If you are uncomfortable with insertion just playing or rimming the anus is a stimulation that can make your sex more exciting. Butt Plugs are a great addition to anyones sexual arsenal but make sure anything you are sticking up your butt has a flared base. Taking a trip to the hospital to retrieve that vibrator could be a little embarrassing. When you first start to experiment with anal play make sure to take it slow and use lots of lubrication. Your butt doesn't lubricate itself so lubrication is a must for you anal play. Stop when ever there is pain and remove inserted items slowly as a safety feature. Guys don't be afraid of this it does not make you a homosexual if you enjoy anal play plus it might give you some insight into why some men enjoy being homosexual. If you have ever hear of milking your prostate then this is the way to get to that area. Milking the prostate while some find it most enjoyable is also a great way to protect yourself from prostate problems later on. Together you should search the net and find some toys to play with or use your best item, that being your fingers. Again make sure to pick up lots of your favorite lubrication and have at it. Enjoy and believe me you won't be disappointed.

Kindness

"Kindness in words creates confidence,
Kindness in thinking creates profoundness
Kindness in giving creates love"
Lao Tzu

Sometimes we forget how important it is to be kind to our partner. We few them as our rock that is always there. We don't expect them to leave or withdraw when we say things to them. When you really look at it however, we should show more kindness to our partners. We hope they are the constant in our life, we do expect them to be there always for us and yet we direct all our negative energy towards them. When we have a bad day at work, who actually feels the pain when you get home. If you are having financial troubles, who do you get mad at? When something doesn't get done around the house who do you expect to finish it? Nobody is perfect and yet we constantly want our partner to be superhuman and take everything we throw at them. Maybe the next time you want to direct your anger some where you should take it out in exercise or alone, and then come to your partner with kindness and appreciation for them being their to comfort you!

Are you leaving yourself to many exits to avoid intimacy?

Exits are basically ways to escape or leave things. Are you using any exits to avoid intimacy in your relationship? Think about it do you avoid intimacy in your relationship and if so what is your choice of exits. Things such as television, or sickness are two of the common ones. We have all heard the old line "Not tonight dear, I have a headache" or we get so involved in a show that we have to watch it several times a night until we are to tired. Sports are another big exit people use to get away from intimacy in a relationship. Personally I don't understand why you would want to be in a relationship and avoid intimacy. Exits can be things that are important also like you kids, do you know anyone that puts their children ahead of everything else and then doesn't have time to enjoy things they want to do. I agree that your children are important but they need to understand that relationships are important and you are the only one that can show them that. Some exits are harmful to the person or other persons in a relationship. Alcohol and drugs are the main exits people use to escape from the pressure of being in a relationship. Right now I want you to think about exits you use in your relationship, they can be things you use to avoid intimacy or even just things you use to avoid areas of your relationship such as parenting or friendship. Relationship are not easy for everyone and the are constantly requiring work, so instead of shying away with the use of exits why not buck up and put the effort into building a strong relationship?

Charting the Monthly Cycle

Most of the ladies out there whether you are on the pill or not, have a way to track their monthly cycle. They are prepared for the event before it happens. Men, you need to take some examples from them. We need to be prepared for the monthly event also. Make your own chart and see if you can find trends that might help you out as that time of month rolls around. Track if your partner gets upset easily, or angry for no reason. Sometimes little things will set women off at this time of month. Some women might get really emotional and cry at anything and everything. By tracking this you will be much more prepared to deal with the changes then most men. Understand that it is out of their control, and that it is part of the make up of women. Once you get the cycle down and are pretty comfortable with it, you will find yourself knowing when your partner might get a little more emotional or when not to ask if you can have the guys over for a poker party. Being a couple requires that you are sensitive to each others needs and most women's make up changes a little during her period. Find things to do during her period that might make her a little more relaxed. It might be a good time to give her a massage or rub her feet, make her feel special and most importantly understand that this might be an uncomfortable and painful time for them.
