The answers are simple.

Do you want to improve your relationship? If you say yes, then the steps you take are simple. Just put more effort into your relationship. Just like anything else with the more effort you put into building your relationship the better it will be. Get away from excuses like, I'm tired, I'm not putting in the effort unless he/she does, or I just don't feel like it. Excuses are just ways of being lazy and the cure for lazy is effort. Take is slow and each day make it a point to put a little more effort into loving your partner and your relationship. Soon you will start seeing it happen naturally and you will see your relationship blossom.

Today is a great day for Oral Sex

We all know that sex is an important part of a relationship. You can give me all the bunk about it not being that important but it is an natural human need. Yet sometimes we need to do things a little different in our relationship to keep our sex new and exciting. This is a great exercise for learning how to please your partner. What I want you to do take turns and each of you bring your lover to climax using oral sex. I know I hear all the turn offs like "It takes to long", "I don't like the taste", or "Jaw gets tired" Tonight however you can do it! Make it your mission to give your partner the enjoyment of feeling something different. Facts show that most women are easier to orgasm when oral sex is performed on them and I don't know if there are even a handful of guys that don't enjoy this type form of sex. If you actually do have problems like jaw issues or get tired easy then use your hands to help out. Use your hands to stroke the penis until it gets close then switch to an oral technique, on a woman you can use a vibrator or your fingers to work her close to climax before finishing her off orally. These types acts of doing something totally to pleasure you partner go a long way to showing them how much you care about them. However don't be afraid to demand your turn to feel that care.

Quite making excuses

Relationships are full of excuses. Excuses to get out of attending events, excuses for not having friends over, excuses for why the house is a mess, excuses for not making love and we can all fall into this trap. Excuses are easy to make up so that you don't have to go out of your way to do things. They can be as easy as I am tired to as complex as having several back up excuses so that if the first ones don't work you are covered. You can not mow the lawn because it's hot, or you can not go to your friends cook out because someone you don't like is going to be there. These are all cop outs and they don't allow you to live like you should. Stop making excuses today! Start living your life again and start enjoying your relationship like it is new again. Take that dance class, go to that ballgame, stay up late, enjoy life without excuses.

Avoid the Excuse trap.

Excuses are our way out of things, they give us justifiable reasons not to do things. However some times we go to the excuse mill way to many times. Instead of stepping up we find an excuse to help us avoid the task. We can easily fall into the excuse trap and it is ever so true in a relationship. When we are dating we would use excuses to call the person we couldn't get off our minds. As our relationship progresses we use them to avoid things we don't want to deal with. Next time your partner asks you to do something, make it a point to avoid the excuses and say yes. They might ask you if you want to go out for the evening, and if they do don't recoil and think of why you don't want to. Think about the reasons to say yes. Life can pass us by pretty quickly and if you are constantly putting things off soon you will find yourself regretting all the things you made excuses for. So, take that hand in hand walk, go see that movie, take showers together, and make love into the late hours. This way when the day is done and you look back you won't be saying I wish I would have done that!!!!

Quit making excuses.

Today is the day to start leaving the excuses behind. This goes for everything from your relationship, your future, your parenting, to your sex life. Stop hiding behind those excuses that you have build into your defense system. No more fears, sickness, whining, all you need is a boost of confidence. Here is a stat that got me off my butt and got me moving on my blogs and writing, most people fail at what they are doing, the success stories are about 1 in 1000. My feeling is if I try 1000 things then one of them will work and put me over the top. This goes for all your relationship need also. Most people will give up right before they get to that one thing that changes everything. I feel that this is the case in most divorces, that these people are just on the edge of getting into their groove when they decide it's not worth it. This is my message to your don't give up so easy, as long as there is no abuse or anything else that would put you in danger. Put forth the best effort you can at building the best relationship you can. Stop doing those things that are harming you relationship. Lower you defenses and replace them with effort. Go get counseling if you need it, suck it up. If sex is your problem make a commitment to start putting more effort into finding what works for the two of you. If you don't thing your parenting skills are as good as they could be then get your ass out their and read parenting books or scour the internet and find the information you need to make yourself the best parent you can be. Here is the secret to overcoming every problem that faces you in a relationship, are you ready? "Never stop trying to improve"

Are you leaving yourself to many exits to avoid intimacy?

Exits are basically ways to escape or leave things. Are you using any exits to avoid intimacy in your relationship? Think about it do you avoid intimacy in your relationship and if so what is your choice of exits. Things such as television, or sickness are two of the common ones. We have all heard the old line "Not tonight dear, I have a headache" or we get so involved in a show that we have to watch it several times a night until we are to tired. Sports are another big exit people use to get away from intimacy in a relationship. Personally I don't understand why you would want to be in a relationship and avoid intimacy. Exits can be things that are important also like you kids, do you know anyone that puts their children ahead of everything else and then doesn't have time to enjoy things they want to do. I agree that your children are important but they need to understand that relationships are important and you are the only one that can show them that. Some exits are harmful to the person or other persons in a relationship. Alcohol and drugs are the main exits people use to escape from the pressure of being in a relationship. Right now I want you to think about exits you use in your relationship, they can be things you use to avoid intimacy or even just things you use to avoid areas of your relationship such as parenting or friendship. Relationship are not easy for everyone and the are constantly requiring work, so instead of shying away with the use of exits why not buck up and put the effort into building a strong relationship?
