Love blooms beautiful when the seeds are planet right.

Love is the most beautiful thing on the face of the earth. However some people tend to take it for granted and soon weeds are growing in your bed of love. This can happen quietly over time and can disrupt your wonderful garden that at one time you were so attentive with. Now is the time to replant those seeds of love. Start doing little things that you did during the early stages of building your relationship. Open doors, get excited when your partner gets home from work, meet them with a kiss instead of bills or chores they need to get done and show them they are important. These simple little seeds as I call them are ways to improve and let your love take root again. Hold their hand at church, or just come up behind them and hug them are simple things that can stir feelings that might have gotten lost in the weeds. Give time to your relationship each day and make sure to devote yourself to doing this. Be with your love for a set amount of time taking care of things like, conversations, touching, expressing you love, intimacy, and just being present with each other. Don't allow outside influences to disrupt this time and soon your garden of love will start to flourish again. When in doubt of what to do think about what a real garden needs, sunlight and water. Go sit in the sun and enjoy each others company while conversing over a cool drink. Get near water go to a lake, take a picnic, or better yet take a shower together with the only purpose being to be naked and close to each other as you talk. Attending to your relationship like you would with your garden is a wonderful way to bring back that loving feeling.

Love can heal.

Love is one of the most powerful things in our lives. It gives us strength and power to do things we never thought we would be able, too. Yet we constantly doubt it's power. I have recently be studying Huna, which is a way of living the Hawaiian culture teaches, and it has shown me even more how important love is to our daily life. Love is the feeling that someone is there to catch you and make you feel better. Which leads me to or subject for today. Love, can it heal? We know it is a wonderful feeling but can it make your health better? Yes is the answer. Studies show that people who claim to be in love actually live longer than those that don't. Love is a great reliever of stress, and you have someone to vent your anger with. Now your stress level is lower. We can see the long terms of love quite easily, together we are stronger. How about a quick healing can love cure illnesses right away. Is there the power to cure cancer or heat problems in our love? I say that if you truly believe so with out a doubt that yes love can heal those challenges. The problems lies in that we are taught that this doesn't work. We fall into societies ignorance that you don't need love and that love is an desire not a need. Well my friends I don't know about you but love is more than a desire to me. It roots deep in my soul and I can feel it's power. Now trying to find a way to use that love power to heal the ill is another challenge. For starters that person has to believe in the power to or their body will reject your love like it rejects or tries to fight off viruses. I like to think of love like water let it flow through both of you and cleanse the challenged area diluting and disputing the challengers hold on the ill persons body. Hold each other and imagine water rushing though both of your bodies let the passion you hold for each other take over and speak no words. I am not knocking modern medicine and I feel it is also very powerful but I think for someone to truly get well they need this love cleanse to coarse through their body. Now we all know that we cannot live forever that is not an option but to extend the time you are together to love each other, now that my friends is a miracle. Each and every extra minute you can get is a blessing, just ask someone that has lost a love.

Sexual Wonder Drug - W-A-T-E-R-

I just currently found out how important water is to our sexual health. From helping to create lubrication to the fluids we release during orgasm. Not to mention the importance of it for the activity of sex itself and to keep us hydrated during the motions. Obviously water is essential to our everyday life but water can also help your sexual stamina and can even help in getting you in the mood. The article I read suggested you treat your sexual experiences like an exercise. Drinking plenty of water before and after the intimacy. This is claimed to help you enjoy your sex better as well as help you rejuvenate faster to give you a chance at that second and third try during the evening. Encourage your parter to partake of the water consumption also and see how it effects your sex life. Our bodies are built to enjoy sexual activities and when you add water into the mix you can enjoy sex a whole lot more.

The Waterboy, staring Adam Sandler now takes on a whole new meaning!!!!

Liquid Sounds.

To me nothing sounds more romantic the the sounds of liquid. It can be anything from ocean waves, to waterfalls, even a babbling brook sounds wonderful. Rain can be several different romantic sounds based on the way it is coming down. Storms are exciting and a light drizzle is relaxing. You can find recordings of these types of sounds anywhere music is sold. Do you and your partner a treat tonight and pick up the sounds of some water and relax the night away.

Throw your troubles in the lake!

Sometimes in our everyday life we get bogged down with our troubles. We focus on them and let them consume us. Well today I want the two of you to go out to the local lake, stream, or ocean and toss those troubles into the water. Sound like I have lost my marbles?????? Seriously what I want you to do is go out and get some sharpie makers and head to your local body of water. Upon arriving, search the bank or shore of several good sized rocks. Now both of you sit down and write on the rocks you troubles or concerns, that are bothering you currently. Once you have completed that, gather up all the stones and read what is written on the rock and then toss it as far as you can into the water! There your trouble is gone, and you should be feeling better. No this is not a magical event it is just letting your mind let go of these problems for a bit and by doing that you might get a more clear idea of how to get rid of your problems. After all this before you get ready to leave gather up some more rocks and write things on them that you are thankful for. Take these home with you and put them in a safe place. Then the next time you are feeling down pull them out and share them with your partner. I am sure it will bring a smile to your face.
