Treat each date like a first date.

I know once you get to be a couple your dating seems to change. If you living in the same house it seems a little weird to be getting ready for a date, while your partner is doing the same thing. To make this seem a little more exciting do this next time you are going to go out. One of you gets ready firsts, then you set a time for your date. The partner that is ready then leaves, to return at the set time. Then the other partner begins getting ready for the date. The partner that is ready can do anything they want until time to pick up their date. You could go hang out at your local pub, or go shopping anything to pass the time until your date. Then when the time come you proceed to go pick up your date. It might seem a little weird to go to the house in which you live to pick up the person you are already sleeping with. Make light of the situation and remember the first time you picked them up for a date. See if you can get those butterflies in your stomach again. Maybe purchase something new to wear that your partner has never seen you in as of yet. It is little things like this that can keep your relationship in the best shape, don't be afraid to be silly and show your partner how much they mean to you.

Who's feelings are more important!

You might wonder in a relationship, who's feelings are more important. I know your first choice is that both partners feelings should be equally important. This is true for the most part. However things arise that might make you shift the importance form one partner to the other. Things such as a death in the family, loss of a job, or just a bad day. These type of incidents make your partners feelings need just a bit more attention. Everyone wants their feelings attended to, but at times like this you need to forget your feelings and focus on the feelings of your partner. Helping them get through the crises is part of being in a relationship. Always remember it might be you the one that needs attention tomorrow.

Pick out a motivational speaker.
Sometimes it is tough to get motivated not only yourself but as a couple. You know all the things you need to get done around the house, you need to exercise, you could put some more effort into work, and you could most definitely improve you sex life, if you only had the energy. Well if you want to get that energy, pick out a motivational speaker. There are several to choose from and they all focus on different aspects of life and the pursuit of happiness. Listen or watch this speaker together then make a plan and stick to it. With two of you following the plan, it is easier to stay on the straight and narrow. Your partner can pull you back when you get a little lazy or want to take the easy way out. The benefit of this is that once you reach your goals you will have done it together. You can chart and track your progress together so that you know you are reaching that special goal.
One of my favorite speakers is JB Glossinger and you can find him at http://morningcoach.com/ or he has a podcast on itunes. He discusses everything form health and fitness to business and abundance. Check him out and tell him you heard about his site on The Couples Spot.

How much effort are you putting into your relationship?

Have you ever stooped to wonder how much effort you are putting into your relationship. Shouldn't it be one of the top things on your list as far as time and effort? Think about it for a minute and calculate how much time you spend preparing or working on your relationship. I bet your start to see that you are spending more time working out or surfing the Internet then you are at thinking of ways to better your relationship. Kids with standing, your partner should be the most important person in your life. Friends and Family can be a close second but your partner should be the be all end all. Think about it this way, who are you going to be with when the kids grow up and you retire to that special destination? Show where should you be putting your time to get the most for your return? Chew on that the next time you don't think you have time to pick up something special, or do something nice for your lover.

Kiss your partner from behind.

Next time your partner is sitting at a desk or table this is what you need to do. Walk up behind them and before they get a chance to turn around. Wrap your arms around them and give them a kiss on the neck or cheek. This jesture says, "I don't want to interput you but, I love you" These types of jestures are important in a realtionship and they keep fires buring. Now you partner is thinking of you and keeping you in their mind even though he/she is working.

A simple touch can mean so much!

Have you ever stopped to thing about how a simple touch can mean so many different things. Where you touch your partner at, how you touch them, the pressure you put into the touch, and your location can all mean different things. Light touches seem to mean soft things like I would like to kiss you, while grabs and hard hugs tend to mean I would like to get a little more physical with your. When you are out to dinner a lite caress on the arm could mean "I am having a really good time" Do you touch your partner in different places depending on what you are looking for? If you partner is cooking supper and you come up behind them and hug them while they are cooking. Could mean a simple, thank you for cooking supper. Rolling over and laying on your partners chest could mean, take me now big boy. Think about it each and every time you touch your partner. What message are you trying to send them, really.

Sometimes a Hug is All You Need!

Sometimes a hug can make all the difference in the world. Have you ever had a bad day or just a day when nothing seemed to go right. Maybe you have done some things you thought were helpful only for them to be perceived differently by others. These are the type of days that you just want to crawl back into bed. This is where the hugs come in. Sometimes we just need a hug to get our day going back in the right direction. I personally don't think people hug enough, not in relationship or just in general. Next time your partner is having one of those days where it seems like he/she is about to blow his/her top. Just walk over to and give him/her a great big hug. No words just squeeze your partner like there is no tomorrow. I think he/she will get the picture.

How often our views use Sex Toys!
Sex toys have been around for a long time, however they only have recently become normal within a relationship. Most couples have at least experimented with sex toys and most use them on occasion. It blows my mind that in this day and age we still have couples in great relationships that are afraid to use sex toys. Vibrators, cock rings, lotions and lubes can add so much to your intimacy. I agree that you don't need to use a sex toy every time you make love. There is a little tid bit for you you chew on fingers are one of the best sex toys you can play with. Most everyone has them and they are totally at your control, you can use them one yourself or your partner. With shopping online you don't have to worry about the fear of going to a store to purchase sex toys, not that you should be afraid. The boxes are not marked on the outside so the UPS man doesn't know you just purchased the extra large butt plug. If you are in a committed relationship and haven't used sex toys to this point I think you at least ought to try some out. Pick up a small vibrator or a cock ring and see what happens.
Results of our Survey:
Our survey showed that 72% of our viewers have used sex toys during intimacy.
It also showed that 27% use sex toys every time they make love.
45% of our viewers use sex toys occasionally.
These numbers show that the majority of people are now using sex toys.

Shared Thinking

Sometimes in your relationship you have to find common ground. Why not start this out from the beginning by sharing your thinking. Anything that you might want to accomplish will benefit from the two of you putting your heads together to find the best ideas. Even something as simple as finding a place to eat. If both of your offer your ideas maybe you can find a place that caters to both. Say she wants seafood and he wants steak, I am sure you can find a place to eat that offers both. Same thing for all the things you do. Painting your house, remodeling, finding the right house. If you share your thinking you can usually satisfy both partners in a relationship.
