All Day Arousal Brings About First Orgasm.

Sexy Challenges received a letter recently from a woman that achieved her very first orgasm at the age of 32 by using Sexy Challenges.  While we will not reveal the name of this person we wanted to share her letter.

Dear Sexy Challenges,

I want to give you a big hug and thank you.  I have been married for six years now.  I am married to a wonderful man who is so awesome to me.  My trouble is that even though I am extremely attracted and turned on by him in our six years I have never reached orgasm.  I don't think that he knows this fact, but it is frustrating to me.  Recently in an effort to improve this situation I found on iTunes this simple little book by Sexy Challenges, titled All Day Arousal.  This short little e-book opened my mind to a way of turning myself on, and building that desire all day long.  Needless to say that nights love making was out of this world.  I had my very first orgasm!  I couldn't believe it the feeling was so great.  I finally felt like a real woman.  Now my husband is in heaven because I want sex a lot more often and I have had an orgasm each and every time since.  Finally I can feel the power of intimacy.  Thank you Sexy Challenges you have changed my life and I honor you.

Sincerely

Who loves you baby?

Have you took inventory lately of how much your partner does for you? Do they go the extra mile for you? Does he/she do things that allow you to be the person you want to be? Does he/she give you massages, does he/she do the dishes for the family, or does he/she take care of the kids so that you can go play golf? These are just a few examples of what you could put on your inventory list. Take a moment and list ten things you partner does that you feel helps you out? Now can you think of ten things that you do for them? Does your list come up a little short? If so then YOU need to take some action to balance it up. Relationships are always give and take but if you are taking more then you are giving the balance is off and the relationship will tilt. We need this balance to have a happy and healthy relationship. Do this everyday and you will soon start seeing that you make sure to balance the give and take. It is only fair to your partner and you. It always feels good when your partner does something special for you but there is a great pride that you will feel when you do something special for them. Take this is heart and balance out your relationship today.

Don't forget to say thanks.

Thanks for cleaning the kitchen honey, let me show you how much I appreciate it.

Being in a relationship is great for the simple fact that there are two of you to get things done. You partner can do things for you when you are unable and vice versa. You can even ask them to do things when they have time and they are usually going to do them for you. Love is funny in that manner. The problem arises when these helpful things go unnoticed or unappreciated. That is when chores or helpfulness seems more like orders then helping out. Appreciate the things your partner does and don't always take the easy way out and say "Thank You" Do something special for that person and in return you are going to get a lot more help when you need it. Take your partner out to a wonderful dinner after a day of them running errands for the two of you. Pick up the book they have been wanting to read as a token of your appreciation. Offer up a massage at the end of the day and express your appreciation while you make them feel good. My favorite however is to slip into something sexy or fill your bedroom with candle light and find a way orgasmically to thank them. Love is such a special thing and the last thing you want is your partner feeling unappreciated, so make sure to whisper softly in their ear, "Thank You"

Add a few extra words to "I Love You"

The words, "I Love You" are some of the most powerful words you can speak to your lover. Yet you can make them even more powerful by just adding a few words to them. For example "Gosh, I love you" or "You can't imagine how much, I love you" are simple yet very expressive ways of adding on to those three simple words. "I feel so blessed being able to love you" or "The most wonderful day of my life was the day you said, I love you, to me" Get creative and make it a challenge to be more expressive with your three little words. Let you expressions flow out of you like a stream down a river. You might be amazed how good it will make you feel, plus how great it will make your partner feel.

Pulling Hair isn't just a form of fighting

When you hear the words "Pulling Hair", if you are like me you immediately think of a fight. Maybe you think of someone so frustrated they are pulling their hair out. However pulling hair is actually a great newer form of massage. Using the senses in you scalp you can relax and improve the health of your partner. Now we are not talking about pulling hair out of the scalp or pulling hard. What you do is get close to the scalp and gently tug on the hair. You want to use the tug and release technique all over your partners scalp. They will start to feel the relaxation filling their whole body. I must admit I am very impressed with the feeling it gives me. So next time you partner is stress simply pull their hair!

Below is a more detailed account of what happens to help you understand why this is important and healthy. And if you click the title of this post you can see a video on how to do a hair pull massage.

Check out Therapeutic Kneads for more on massaging.

Hair Pulling Scalp Massage

Linda Tellington, a world-renowned animal trainer, developed hair pulling scalp massage. During her work with animals, called Tellington Touch or simply TTouch, Linda discovered that these techniques were also very effective on humans.

Gentle but firm pressure is used to glide from your scalp to the ends of each small section of hair. The resulting pressure at and beneath your scalp is both pleasurable and beneficial. Hair pulling scalp massage causes a release of tension in the micro muscles surrounding each hair follicle, restoring pliability to your scalp, and causing the relaxation response in your entire body. The relaxation response lowers your heart rate and blood pressure, slows respiration, neutralizes stress chemicals, and counteracts the “fight or flight” response.

Seventy percent (70%) of your nervous system is in your head. Hair pulling scalp massage activates neural pathways to the brain, stimulating unused brain cells, and awakening cellular intelligence. This awakened cellular intelligence reorganizes the nervous system, enlivening nerves reminding the cells of their function, and creating cell to cell communication.

Beta brain waves are the normal waking state where logic, thinking, and problem solving takes place. Alpha waves produce a detached awareness and profound relaxation. Theta waves occur in the dream state, and when the subconscious supplies the answer to a problem without a step by step process. Delta waves are seen in deep sleep, in healers, while the body heals, and in persons with psychic/intuitive abilities.

Beta, alpha, theta, and delta waves emerge in both hemispheres of the brain in a pattern known as the optimum brain wave state. This state is creative, healing, and peaceful. Successful people utilize this brain wave patter naturally and more often. Hair pulling scalp massage helps develop and strengthen this pattern.

Because hair pulling scalp massage releases endorphins, your body’s own natural pain killers, it is effective for:

  • Headaches (including migraines and sinus)
  • Whiplash
  • Neck and shoulder tension
  • TMJ dysfunction syndrome
  • Neurological trauma
  • Nerve injury
  • Body aches and stiffness
  • Mental tension
  • Emotional upset

Gift certificates are available in our office, or you can now order a Gift Certificate from our web site. Massage does not replace the need for appropriate medical and prenatal care. Consult your primary health care provider before receiving prenatal massage.

Full of Anniversaries

Well today as I am writing it is my 8Th anniversary with my partner. I have been blessed with a wonderful person that I am spending my life with. Just like all couples we have our problems and it isn't always a bed of roses. However the wonderful times by far outweigh the not so good times. I think back to all those great times we have had like the day we were married, the birth of our son, and how we have overcome struggles. Yet, as I reminisce about our memories the ones that make me smile are the little things we do together. The times we act silly together, like when we stay up asking each other silly questions, or just touching each other as we sleep. Those things are so small but so important to me. I also love it when we watch a movie and then quote lines to each other during the following days, and we are the only ones that have a clue to what we are talking about. There are so many simple little things that make our relationship special that it would be impossible to list them all. My point to you is, don't over look the little things we you are evaluating your relationship. The simple little things sure to add up when you are in love. In closing I would just like to tell my partner that she is the most amazing woman, and I am more in love with her today then the day we were married. XOXOXOX

I also want to pat myself on the back because yesterday's post was our 500th. I hope we are helping to improve your relationship. To me a good relationship is the building block for not only your life together but everything that touches our lives.

Pump energy into everything you do together.

One of the best features of being in a relationship is that you always have support. There is always that special person their to pump you up. No matter what you are doing together it should feel like a date. Going to the grocery store, racking leaves, or cooking super should be a chance to enjoy each others company as well as getting chores done. There is a special bond between the two of you and it should create an amazing energy that you both get to enjoy. I know you know a couple that always seem to have fun together. Why not be that couple. The one person that you can count on and love can also be one of your best friends if not your best friend. Using your relationship to energize yourself is a wonderful way to keep that special bond between your partner and you. I know when I am away from my partner it is always a rush when I get to see them again. Use your partner as a spark plug and your relationship will stay vibrant for a long long time.

Sex in a relationship is much more then it appears.

Within a loving and mutual relationship sex takes on a whole new meaning. It isn't just a pleasure of the flesh it becomes a ritual of love and a dance of the souls. Think about how you feel after you make love to your partner. Most generally you are in a sense of relaxation and comfort. Next time you make love take some mental notes on how great you feel how and the power that you have connected with your partner. Within a relationship sex is a real wonder drug not only does it bring you closer to each other but it connects the power within both of you. Forming a supper being if you will. This is why I would suggest that coupes experiment with different aspects of sex. Try different positions, explore you bodies don't get stuck doing it the same way over and over. The more you find that excites you the more the charge you will get from it afterwards. Sex in a wonderful relationship has a way of slowing down time and giving you that confidence to go out and tackle the world. Few things in the life are as pleasurable as the love and passion of your partner. That is by design, that is why we search so hard for the person that is just right for us, that person that we want to find enlightenment with. Intimacy brings together all the abilities in both of you and combines them making the bond of love the greatest power in the universe.

In you Relationship as well as life always be optimistic.

We so often go through life with blinders on, and this is true in our relationships, too. We don't look at the bigger picture and have preconceived ideas before we experience items. For the next month or so I want you to make it a habit to be open to everything you do. This might sound hard but after you get over the first couple of hurdles it gets a lot smoother. Say for instance, you partner ask you to go to the ballet, and you a football on sundays type of person. Instead of shaking your head and rolling your eyes, be optimistic. Tell yourself as well as your partner, that will be interesting to experience, I would love to see how a ballet could stimulate me. Another example might be that your partner is bugging you about having intimacy. Instead of saying, "Is that all you think about" to them try this "I am amazed that you desire me so much, I would love to make love to you" You can use this is so many ways to improve your relationship and your life. Say your trash gets knocked over in the night by animals and spread all over you yard. You could be outside cursing like a sailor (sorry sailors, just a saying). Instead you could tell yourself as you are cleaning up the mess, "This is a valuable lesson and next time I will make sure to put the trash where animals cannot get it" By being optimistic in our relationship we open ourself up to all the love available to us.

Your mother, their mother, oh mother!

Mothers day has so many ways to celebrate as we go into this celebration of the wonderful women in our life. Start with the mother that brought you into this world give her the justice she deserves for putting up with you crap during your teenage years. Give her the hugs and kisses you held back when she didn't let you go on the trip that landed your friends in jail. Next move on to the woman that mothered your children (if you don't have children skip this step) Give her all the praise and wonderment she deserves for going through labor to bring that wonderful bundle of joy that you have in your life. Finally celebrate the woman in your life for the amazing creature that she is for putting up with your shit. I mean come on how many times have you pissed her off or done something totally stupid and yet she still loves you. You know it is sad that most people wait until this day to celebrate these wonderful women. Maybe we should take a little more time during the rest of the year to make them know how important they are to us. We Love You Women, Thank YOU!!!!

Is love a perception or a feeling?

We have all heard at some point and time that love is a feeling. Love is caring about another individual as much if not more than yourself. We all strive to get that feeling and are comfortable when we feel we have it. Now my question is can you measure the amount of love one person has for another? If not then is love just your perception of that feeling? Take for example one person might cook dinner for their partner because they love them and wants them to have a good meal. To the next person that might just be one of the chores that they perform at their household. I question and wonder if the feeling comes first or the perception? If you can think your love is unconditional then maybe you think the feeling comes first. On the other hand however do we have to wait for the actions to show us that we are loved. It seems like the chicken and egg routine all over again. I personal feel like people view love in very different manners, and I believe that some people do feel the lover first and others need the perception first to validate the love. I think maybe if it is possible that it's a combination of the two. Happening at the exact same time that creates true love. This might be getting a little deep for you and I am not asking you to question your feelings and or love for your partner. I am just curious as to how we arrive at loving someone.

Watch older couples

Want to really know what makes relationships work? Then you need to go to someone who has been through a long term relationship. Think of family members that have been married or in a relationship for a very long time. Talk to them, pick their brains, you might get more information then you ever dreamed of. Sure times have changed and they might not have dealt with texting and facebook, but I am sure they had some challenges in their relationships. I am sure at some point they have had money issues, or problems with children, just to mention of few things that can cause stress in a relationship. They can tell you how the managed to make it through the tough times and if nothing else they will show you that it will pass.

Now when you are looking for these couples make sure you look for the ones that seem happy together. Don't ask a couple for help that seem to be leading two different lives. Watch for the ones that still hold hands or kiss. A great way to tell is if they still tell each other they love one another in front of people. Relatives might not be the best examples but you can find friends or just ask a happy older couple on the street what their secret is. I am sure they would be glad to pass it along to you and your partner.
