Pump energy into everything you do together.

One of the best features of being in a relationship is that you always have support. There is always that special person their to pump you up. No matter what you are doing together it should feel like a date. Going to the grocery store, racking leaves, or cooking super should be a chance to enjoy each others company as well as getting chores done. There is a special bond between the two of you and it should create an amazing energy that you both get to enjoy. I know you know a couple that always seem to have fun together. Why not be that couple. The one person that you can count on and love can also be one of your best friends if not your best friend. Using your relationship to energize yourself is a wonderful way to keep that special bond between your partner and you. I know when I am away from my partner it is always a rush when I get to see them again. Use your partner as a spark plug and your relationship will stay vibrant for a long long time.

Silly awards could brighten someones day.

Do you remember anytime when you got an award and how special it made you feel. Maybe when you were a child and you won a running race and got a ribbon or when you were picked as employee of the month. This sense of accomplishment makes you beam with pride and even puts a little strut in your walk. Why not use this knowledge then to put that strut in your partners walk. Give them an award for general things they do within your life. Maybe you give them a ribbon for completing all the laundry in record time, or an award for putting the seat back down on the toilet. Make them sill and wonderful as you praise your partner with a little humor. Heck you can even make a crown and make them Queen/King of the dishes. Be as silly as you want, next time you make love get a score card has the number 10 on it and when you are finished hold it up as if a judge at a gymnastics competition at a little and give them a medal as you hum the national anthem. These are the type of things that breath life into your relationship and keep it from getting old. Start planning your award ceremony today and watch for that strut.

Recharge your relationship!

Daily events such as work, shores, school, children take a drastic effect on the relationship of couples. These events can suck your energy out of you without you even knowing. Soon you find yourself at home where you can finally relax and you just want to plop down and do nothing. Then you realize that you haven't even seen your partner yet, how are you going to find any energy to share with them. Well if that is how you feel then I am here to tell you that you are looking at it all wrong. Think about it how do you feel when you have a really good day with your partner? I am sure that you feel wonderful, if you are like me you feel on top of the world. Maybe just maybe you relationship can be a recharging thing in your life. It isn't that secret that being in love has great effect on your mental well being, and sex is wonderful for your health and mind. Hummmm lets think now maybe all these trials of the day could be combated by being in love????? If you start viewing your relationship as a way to reconnect to love, and knowing that love is a supercharger for life, then why would you put off your relationship with the person you love. I think if you put the personal commitment into this thinking you will find that you will have more energy for the next day. Sure this will not take away any of those daily tasks but you will sure be a little happier doing them knowing that your lover is at home waiting to recharge your batteries.

Take inventory of your relationship.

If your like the normal couple you only talk about your partners faults instead of focusing on the good things that they do in your relationship. We dwell on the facts of what they didn't do instead of celebrating the things that they do to help out the household or your relationship. What you need to do is to take time and make a list of all the good things your partner does in your relationship. Write down all the little things like taking out the garbage, picking up the kids, or even fixing dinner. Then look for major things they do to make your relationship better, like making sure the two of you have a date night, or planning a great weekend getaway for the two of you. I am sure once you start writing down things you will be amazed at how many good things your partner does. Do they make the bed, mow the lawn, let you watch the shows you want, or even just kiss you good night. Then the next time you want to yell at them for leaving the lid off the toothpaste, pull out your list and read one of the good things they do. Maybe you can live without the lid on the toothpaste.

Is love a perception or a feeling?

We have all heard at some point and time that love is a feeling. Love is caring about another individual as much if not more than yourself. We all strive to get that feeling and are comfortable when we feel we have it. Now my question is can you measure the amount of love one person has for another? If not then is love just your perception of that feeling? Take for example one person might cook dinner for their partner because they love them and wants them to have a good meal. To the next person that might just be one of the chores that they perform at their household. I question and wonder if the feeling comes first or the perception? If you can think your love is unconditional then maybe you think the feeling comes first. On the other hand however do we have to wait for the actions to show us that we are loved. It seems like the chicken and egg routine all over again. I personal feel like people view love in very different manners, and I believe that some people do feel the lover first and others need the perception first to validate the love. I think maybe if it is possible that it's a combination of the two. Happening at the exact same time that creates true love. This might be getting a little deep for you and I am not asking you to question your feelings and or love for your partner. I am just curious as to how we arrive at loving someone.

Super Bowl - Super Relationship

Today is on of the most important days to a football fan. A conclusion of the football season tops off today with the Super Bowl. While the Colts and Saints are poised to take the top spot it gives you a chance to become closer as a couple. Even if you are not a football fan most people find themselves watching this game.

With all this in mind it is a good time for the two of your to set up a tradition. Maybe it might be inviting all your friends over for a Super Bowl Party or a major relationship bet on the game. Major relationship bets would include things that might involve chores, gifts or even sexual favors. Some ideas for chore bets would be the loser has to clean out the closets, or on the gift side the loser might have to fix a four course dinner for the winner. On the sexual side I will leave that one up to you.

Start the tradition today with this Super Bowl if you don't have on it place already. Then each and every year you will be ready knowing the Super Bowl is approaching. You might even start watching football a little closer if you can find some interest in the game. Which ever way you decide to celebrate that Super Bowl make sure to make it something the two of you can enjoy together. If nothing else the commercials can be entertaining as much as the game. So get your food ready and prepare for the battle and a relationship builder.

Picture above features Drew Brees and Peyton Manning the two competing quarterbacks in this years Super Bowl.

Honey Do list

We have all been given a honey do list at sometime or another. Be it written on paper of given to us orally to store in our memory banks. The list usually contains chores and errands that we need to complete. Well if you are the maker of this list one thing you need to remember to do is to put some things on the list that would be something your partner would like to do. For instance in the middle of the list it might say "Give me a Kiss", using things like this to break up the routine of a normal list is a great way to say thank you to your partner for doing the other things on the list. If you like you can even put a reward at the bottom of the list things like "After you have completed all the things on this list you will receive a massage from me" or "Upon completion of this list you will find me naked in bed waiting to pay you for your hard work" This is important to the sanity of our relationship, think of it like that famous saying from the movie "The Shinning", "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"

Respect your partners work!

Have you ever had on of those day where it seems like your partner is constantly doing something around the house. Be it chores, or fixing something they seem to be busy all day. Do you feel guilty like you need to be doing more but don't really have anything to do or complete within the time frame. Well instead of trying to find something to match what your partner is doing, why not find a way to reward them for their hard work. Maybe you could fix them a special dinner or take them out. How about treating them to a sexy little evening where they just relax and you make them very happy. Sometime just simply telling them thank you or giving them a great big kiss is a great way to tell them you appreciate them. If you try to match them in completing chores around the house, then all that happens is you are both tired at the end of the day. We all want to be babied a little at time so relax and get ready to take care of your partner after they finish what they are working on. If you are struggling in a way to thank them, remember this a massage goes a long way to making someone feel special.

Appreciation Day

Appreciation is something that we take for granted. Think about it for a minute, how often do you thank your partner for what they do? We all feel like we do so much and the no one can possibly do as much or be as tired as us. Run through your partners day sometime and see how busy their day is. I am sure once you go through everything they do, you will see that their day is just as busy as yours. We need to appreciate their actions and what they do, sure we can sulk and say, "Well they don't appreciate what I do." That however will only lead to neither of your appreciating each other. Break the cycle and give them a big kiss the next time they take out the trash or cook supper. If you have trouble finding something to appreciate them for all you have to do is think of something they do that you don't have to. Things such as chores around the house or doing something for you children maybe it is something as little as letting you sleep in a little. I am sure that once you start looking you will find a great deal of things to appreciate your partner for. Kisses and saying thank you are great ways to show appreciation, if you want to do more you could set up a sexy little evening for your partner, or get them some tickets to their favorite show or sporting event. Taking them out of a wonderful date would be great for any appreciation. Now the next time you want to criticise them about something think about all they do for your relationship and forget that negative thing a focus on a positive one.

Get a Routine Going.

You want more free time and you don't want to spend it working around the house. Well you need to get more organized in your cleaning routine. If you don't want to spend the weekend doing chores, you need to make a routine and follow it through the week. Do the dishes in the morning, sweep before bed, laundry while your watching your favorite show. Find ways to do these chores during times you can combined them with other events. This way when the weekend gets here you have plenty of time to do what you want. Split the chores up and make sure both partners are carrying their weight and you will now be wondering what to do that is fun.

Lets gain some trust today.

Trust is an important part of any relationship. We understand that and when trust becomes an issue relationships seem to crumble. So today I suggest you try a trust building exercise. I want you to do one of your normal chores at home with a twist. I want you and your partner to do it together with the person that normally does the chore blindfolded. The other partner is to without touching you lead you through the chore by giving you instructions. Sounds difficult huh? Well with some practice you will gain trust in listening to your partner. I am sure a first you will think "I can do this blindfolded by myself, I've done it so many times" I am sure you will quickly find out you will need your partners help. Ah here lies the trust building. After you complete your task then it is time to reverse the situation. Now go find a chore you partner usually completes and you guide them.

This exercise will build trust and as an added bonus helps build team work in your relationship. Understand however your chores will take a little longer today. So don't get upset and make sure to laugh at the mistakes that happen. End the session with a thank you to your partner and a big kiss.

Chore List! (Click here to find out more about sexy chore play)

Here is a fun way to get extra chores done around the house. Make a list of chores that you don't do everyday. Now take that list and attach a sexual act to each one. The harder the chore the more exotic the act should be. Examples might be if your partner cleans out the whole garage you would tie them up and pleasure them in ways they never imagined. If they change the bed sheets you might offer to perform oral sex on them. If they wash the windows you could wear some new lingerie for them. The list can be as long as the number of chores you need to complete. Guys this is not just for the ladies you can make a list also. Say for example you would like to have your car cleaned you could offer her a nice massage or the use of a massage!!! Keep the list and pay the cost whenever your partner gets the job done. You will be amazed at how much work you will be able to get done for the right price.
The wonderful painting was created by Farik Osman and is titled "Miss Sexy Chore"

Surprise Chore!

If you want to get in good with your partner, do a surprise chore for them. You know one of those things you normal don't do or put off for ever. Like cleaning out the garage, or painting the house or maybe even doing some of your partners chores. To set this up you have to do it on a day where you are off work and your partner has to work. After they leave then you go into action. For example cleaning out the garage will make for a very surprised partner when they return home and put the car in the garage. You can even make it better by saying you will be doing something else that day. You could tell them you are going to the golf coarse or shopping all day. This way they will never even wonder what you are doing with your time off. Now if your partner does hit you with a surprise chore, then you must show your appreciation. A huge kiss, super dinner, or even some knock your boots off sex would be good.

If you can swing another great idea is to sneak to your partners work and take their car and get it cleaned and washed inside and out. then return it to the original spot. Maybe you can tell them you are getting their oil changed or the factory had a recall on a part. Anything so they won't be specious of you taking their car.

Speed Cleaning, The Race is on! (click here to go to amazon and view the speed cleaning book)

No one and I mean no one like to think about spring cleaning. It takes so much time and effort and can ruin a absolutely pretty day. Well here is a way to add some fun into the cleaning. Make it a challenge between the two of you. Divide up the house or just pick a room a piece and see who can get done the fastest. Now the areas divided have to be about equal and you must decide how clean the area must be. After you have laid the ground work set a starting line and get down in a sprinters squat and if you have a staring pistol shoot it, if not just someone say go. Set up a extra chore for the loser such as having to fix dinner that night or something along that lines. Turn on some music and clean as quick as you can, pick in on each other from time to time to see where you stand. No cheating don't take things form your area and move them to your partners area (I know how you are guys). Run through your partners area from time to time to do a little trash talking, things like "I'm cleaning so fast it looks like your standing still" or "Are you cleaning or posing for a picture?" are some good ones. In the end your house will look better and you should have saved some time that you can spend together well after the loser finishing cooking a great supper.

Bored Games!

I think at some point and time in everyone's life they have played some type of board game. They can be challenging and fun. Some however are long a drawn out such as monopoly, for example. Well to make your game a little more exciting put a wager on it. Your wager can be anything from household chores to sexual challenges. The point being put something on the line as you play the game it make you take a whole lot more interest in it. A good idea I have found also is to set a limit for the game. You can say we will play for an hour and the one who has the most money at that time is the winner or you might say whoever reaches so many points wins. The point of this is to get the bore out of the board games. In today's society most people don't have 3 or 4 hours to play a game so just reduce the time a little and it makes it more fun.

If you are having trouble finding a way to make your board games more exciting. Then you need to do what a friend of mine suggests, and that is to put the word strip in front of the game title. That will always add a little excitement.
